Still closed, this needs a few years in bottle to develop. It's not often one can say Prosecco can develop in bottle! Really opens on the palate where the delicate floral notes start to sing. Much drier than many, this is a haunting expression of this tiny and impossibly steep vineyard. The finish shows mimosa, red apple, honeysuckle, a mineral edge and a citrus twist of lemon pith and lime zest on the back of the palate. 2027-2030-MP
