A more subtle wine with floral, citrus and peach flavours with spice. It has very fine bubbles, a soft creamy texture with good weight and a long finish. A more serious style of Prosecco for special occasions and as an accompaniment to meals. The Zucchetto estate vineyards lie in the Valdobbiadene hills and are tended to by Paolo Zucchetto. His son, Carlo Alberto, is the winemaker.
