The Castello di Magione Moroneto is lighter bodied than its Morcinaia sibling due to Pinot Nero replacing Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend. Its bouquet is a harmony of smoky black cherry, raspberry and black earth which transitions to a fruit-led palate of red and black cherry, plum, chopped basil and a touch of clove.
