Chablis Premier Cru Vaillon AOC Chablis 1er Cru Vin Bio
Intense aromas of honey, dried hops and spices lead to a firmly structured palate. The Premier Cru of Vaillon is located on the left bank of the river Serein facing the Grand Cru vineyards. Flavours of yellow plum combine with a lemon astringency and some savoury notes. A powerful wine with a lingering finish. Chardonnay grapes were grown organically, fermented in stainless steel and the wine matured on yeast lees for six months.
Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume AOC Chablis 1er Cru Vin Bio
Complex and elegant, it has aromas of ripe cooked fruits, crumble, pâtisserie, honey, cream and ripe nectarine. It is mellow and extremely approachable. Fourchaume is probably the most famous of the Premier Cru sites. It is located just north of the town of Chablis, opposite Maligny, on the eastern bank of the Serein with a south to southwesterly aspect.
