Lamblin Fils
In the commune of Maligny, one of the most important and oldest Chablis houses. The current fourth generation sons, Michel and Didier, ferment their Chablis "sur lie" under controlled temperatures using the most modern equipment keeping to a minimum number of filtrations to preserve all the wines' aromas. The wines are held eight to twelve months before bottling. Their products cover all the Chablis appellations plus a few red Burgundies and good quality table wines.
