The Chablis Vieilles Vignes cuvée hails from a prime Chablis vineyard site with Kimmeridgian limestone marl soils. The deep-rooted Chardonnay vines were planted over 35 years ago. This is quite a complex wine with notable minerality and earthiness on the nose. The palate has pure, piercing acidity balanced by a subtly creamy, rounded core. 2024-2029–JB
