Fresh coconut and aniseed aromas are laid over a recessive background of lemon with a hint of pineapple. Initially soft and round in the mouth, it becomes more astringent with nice weight and depth. It is more structured than Fleur d’Acacia with a long oaky finish. It was fermented in old French oak barrels with regular stirring of the yeast lees.
