The Evasion cuvée is fermented and aged in used oak barrels with the goal of imparting a textural fullness and subtle spiced character without a heavy oak imprint. Classic flinty, herbal, green fruit notes mingle with toasty spiced notes on the nose. The palate is medium-weight with lip-smacking acidity and a savoury finish.
