Still relatively youthful and light to medium yellow. The wine displays a developing bouquet of hazelnut paste, citrus oil, pasta dough, floral notes, toast, with savoury bouillon elements. On the palate it shows medium acidity, is dry with soft texture, medium extract and medium body, a lovely length and nice intensity of nuts, pasta dough, lemon oil and bouillon. Medium-plus finish. Quite good. 2025-2030.– IR

This 2021 has a medium acidity, is dry, of a medium-plus extract and medium texture, medium body with a proportionate length and fruit – quince, chalk, yellow plum and a hint of green leaf.
