Tanguy Chevalier

From 45-year-old vines, it was barrel-fermented and 70% of the blend then aged for 9-10 months in barrels. It shows a medium yellow appearance and a medium-plus intensity, typically decadent and ample aromatic range of peach, pear, apricot yogurt, toast, lees/oil and Poire Williams. The palate is dry, showing a medium acidity, medium-plus extract, soft-plus texture and a medium-plus body with a lasting presence and a nice fruit intensity that follows the nose: peach/apricot yogurt, pear, creamy/oily and Poire Williams notes. A long finish. 2024-25–IR
