Fusion Bordeaux Rosé and Bordeaux Blanc Case , 2024

Two Cabs’ blend, with the colour picked up during the pressing, results in a light red-plum pink hue. There are medium-intensity dough, lees, wild strawberry and watermelon elements on the nose. The palate is dry, has a low-plus adequate acidity, a medium extract, a soft texture and a medium-plus body with a cushy mouthfeel, lovely length and flavours of lees, watermelon and wild strawberry before a medium finish.

The wine has a pale platinum-yellow appearance and a medium-intensity aromatic set of green apple, tomatillos, lees, oil, chives and bouillon. Bright, a medium-plus acidity on the dry palate is complemented by a medium extract, a medium texture, a medium body and energetic length and persistence of green apple, green gooseberry, tomatillo, oil/lees and chive flavours and a medium-plus finish. 2025-2026–IR
