The Bourboulenc grape is a little-known variety used as a blending component in southern Rhône white wines. It is exceedingly rare to have a 100% Bourboulenc bottling – and even more so from the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. This cuvée is brimming with exotic spice, ripe stone and tropical fruit and tangy citrus notes.
