Les Grandes Serres

The Bourboulenc grape is a little-known variety used as a blending component in southern Rhône white wines. It is exceedingly rare to have a 100% Bourboulenc bottling – and even more so from the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. This cuvée is brimming with exotic spice, ripe stone and tropical fruit and tangy citrus notes. The palate is more earthy and savoury with a creamy textural core, and lingering toasty oak hints. 2025-2033–JB
