A deep, vibrantly coloured rosé produced from a blend of Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. Grapes were grown on a mixture of quartzite and red sandstone soils and left on skins for some time. Aromas of rosehip, caramel and toffee precede a broad palate with yogurt, sour cream and cherry flavours emerging.
