In the tasting, I found the 2018 wines to be of great quality but requiring a little time to reach their optimum for drinking. Pura Fe 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon will certainly benefit from some cellaring. Deep in colour, it has a savoury herbal nose with subdued dark fruits in the background.
