Inspired by the winemaking of Bordeaux and Napa Valley, the Vieilles Vignes de la Jasse is crafted from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon grown on limestone soil. The addition of 10% Merlot adds body and complementary flavours to the firm structure of the Cabernet.
