Inspired by the winemaking of Bordeaux and Napa Valley, the Vieilles Vignes de la Jasse is crafted from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon grown on limestone soil. The addition of 10% Merlot adds body and complementary flavours to the firm structure of the Cabernet. Earthy black fruit, spice and mint aromas fill the nose, while plum, raspberry and thyme flavours lead up to a spicy finish. 2023-2027–LW
