The “Grappe Diem” blend of 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc was aged for 12 months in oak. It has a savoury, earthy nature with discreet dark fruit flavours that will likely reveal themselves more fully over time. This is a dense, refreshing red with quite firm, fine-grained tannins.
