It displays a medium salmon appearance and medium-intensity aromas of cranberry, red plum compote, strawberry reduction, minerals with lees/oily notes showing quite a bit of character. The dry palate has a medium acidity, a medium extract, a soft-plus texture, a medium body and a cushy mouthfeel with red plum reduction/skins, strawberry cream-cheese tart, hint bitter/endive flavours, and a medium warm finish. 2024-2025–IR
