The Carlomagno Primitivo is made with the “Il giro del Picciolo” technique where the stalk of each fully ripe bunch is carefully twisted preventing the vine from continuing to provide nourishment. Over the course of 12 days, this causes a 25-30% water loss, amplifying the grape’s flavour. The result is a generous wine with the aroma of plum, blueberry, raspberry and oak spice, followed by flavours of plum, blueberry, blackcurrant and vanilla. 2023 - 2025–LW
