Another standout wine for me from this cellar. I am a big fan of well-made Loire Chenin Blanc, and this definitely qualifies: the nose is incredibly vibrant with tart fruit, earthy and mineral nuances leaping from the glass. On the palate, bracing acidity is nicely balanced by exuberant citrus and green fruit flavours. Finishes with lingering salinity that lures you back for another sip. 2024-2028–JB
