Chateau La Fleur des Pins AOC Graves SCE Lamothe
A complex and elegant white, it has aromas of fresh grapefruit and pineapple, which continue onto the palate. It is smooth with ripe fruit, sweet pineapple and vanilla cream mid-palate, creating an overall succulent impression. It is a blend of 50% Sémillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sauvignon Gris from selected plots of Château Haut-Bergeron at Bommes. Grapes were picked by hand in two successive pickings, chilled, crushed and left on skins for a short time before gentle pressing. The pressed grape juice was immediately put into barrel for fermentation with 50% new.
Le Clos des Pins AOC Graves
Le Clos, produced in much the same way as Le Fleur des Pins, is a subtle wine with fresh apple, white fruits, lime, and a touch of coconut. It is supple with fennel and spicy flavours, complementing fresh lime and leading to a lemony finish.
