Coffret Immersion 2002, 2002

A medium yellow color here. A medium-intensity nose offers darker spectrum aromas – rye bread crust, thistle milk, lemon peel, butter/oil/bone marrow with an acrid/under-ripe hazelnut note. On the palate, it is dry and has a medium acidity, a lazy mousse with a soft foamy attack, a medium extract, a soft texture and a medium body. Lovely length and fruit intensity complement the structure with flavours of citrus peel, rye bread crust, oil/butter, nuts, a yellow floral note (ragweed?) and a little sappy snap on the medium-plus finish. 2024-2026–IR
