After 12-hour skin contact, the three traditional grapes are vinified separately and blended as finished wines. A medium-plus ruby rosé colour. The nose offers medium-intensity aromas of chives, red plum, watermelon, dough/oil and fresh sage. Dry with a medium-minus acidity, the palate shows a medium-plus extract, a medium texture, a medium-plus body and nice length and fruit intensity of lees, chives, dough, watermelon, sage, red plum and faint strawberry preceding a medium finish with some warmth to it. 2025-2026 - IR
