An unconventional blend of 75% Pinot Blanc and 25% Chardonnay from parcels in Marey les Fussey. The extremely youthful nose exhibits a delicious, leesy character of wet wool, dried honey, and biscuit. On the palate, Chardonnay’s buttery, dairy-led notes are stylishly complemented by Pinot Blanc’s salty tang and hazelnut bite. The finish stands up to rigorous inspection and is full of bright and persistent flavour balanced by brisk acidity.
