Grape Variety

Cabernet Franc

The wine has an opaque, deep ruby robe and medium-intensity aromas of cedar, mint, celery, black soil, cassis and chokeberry with a hint of fig and tobacco leaf. The palate is dry and medium-framed – acidity, extract, fine-textured tannins and body – with lovely presence and persistence of floral, cedar, celery, black soil and chokeberry notes with overtones of cassis and tobacco towards a medium finish with grilled endive inflection. Had no oak but acts as if it did. 2025-2027 – IR
