The wine has a light-yellow color and medium-intensity lifted aromas of freshquince, starfruit, guava and fresh camomile – a quite inviting and attractive set. It is dry with a medium acidity, a medium extract, a soft texture, a medium body, nice freshness and length and well-enunciated flavours of lemon/pith, starfruit, guava, camomile and lees/paste, closing with a medium-plus finish. Probably the best Picpoul I have tasted in a long while, a little plumper than most, yet still fresh. 2025-2026–IR
