A pale-yellow hue. It has medium-intensity notes of aloe, lees, flowers – fresh camomile or mimosa – and yellow plum fruit on the nose. On the palate, it shows a medium acidity, is dry with a medium-plus extract, a soft texture and a medium-plus body, a lovely length and persistence of plum, quince, floral elements, pastry and nutty tones and a medium-plus finish.
