This wine spent six to eight months in oak. A deep purple appearance. The nose has a medium intensity with lifted, lactic/custardy elements and notes of cassis candy, dark chocolate sponge candy, bell pepper and carrot stew. Dry with a medium-minus but adequate acidity, the palate shows a medium extract, medium fine-textured tannins, a medium body with medium fruit and length and lactic/custardy, sponge candy and cassis hard drop flavours, and a medium finish. 2025-2026–IR
