Roussette de Monthoux AOP Savoie
A rich-textured white, made from Altesse. It is pale yellow in colour with elderflower, white fruit and a touch of bacon fat. It is round and smooth with similar flavour on the palate and a sweet-honeyed character. It has a touch of residual sweetness fermented by indigenous yeast and left to mature on lees. Monthoux is a cru within the Roussette de Savoie Appellation. The five-hectare cru sits on a steep south-facing hillside on the western slopes of the Mont du Chat and is shared by five growers. Million Rousseau has 2 hectares in the southern part of the Cru.

Jongieux Jacquere AOP Savoie
Jacquère is the most typical white grape in Savoie, planted in the Jongieux cru, one of the sunniest of the region. White fruit aromas with a slight earthy resinous edge adding interest. It is medium-bodied with a smooth round structure and fresh lemon finish.
