This wine’s impressive depth of flavour is a result of drying the grapes for three months prior a long slow fermentation. Two years of maturation in large Slavonian oak barrels and a further six months in bottle encouraged the development of its engaging complexity. The bouquet references red berries, plum, raisin and violet while the palate offers ripe red fruits offset by a hint of crushed herb. 2023-2028–LW
