Chardonnay

Aromas of fresh lime, fennel and herbs lead to peach and passion fruit flavours on the palate. This is a really flavoursome glass of fizz with nice depth and good intensity. Produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir according to the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle, it has a sour apple and fresh lime finish.
