Medium straw hue. The nose shows red apple, toffee, white peach, nectarine and acacia. Given the price, this is a minor miracle! The nose has genuine intensity, with layers of fruit, and the palate has a textural dimension through skin contact that fattens the mid-palate. Notes of stone fruit including apple, peach and nectarine jostle alongside citrus, and the finish has an agreeable phenolic edge. A pleasure to drink and a veritable steal at this price! 2027-2028 – MP
