Herbs and spice, woody notes and aniseed aromas lead to a concentrated palate with sweet dark fruits, tobacco, bitter cherry, coconut and smoke. This is a medium- to full-bodied wine which has good mid-palate and some grip on the finish. The crocodile label is catchy and has been a symbol of Nîmes since Roman times.
