The Sauvignon Blanc wines of Touraine are less well-known than those of Sancerre but can offer lots of drinking pleasure for a fraction of the price. This 2023 cuvée is redolent with green herbal notes of sage and rosemary on the nose with fruity nuances emerging over time.
