The “Noir Absolu” cuvée is made exclusively from Pinot Noir. This grape yields fuller bodied, more structured styles of Champagne that often feature pretty red fruit notes. This is a nice example with its tangy currant and berry notes, its zingy acidity and its rounded, medium-bodied structure. It drinks much like a rosé Champagne. Long, dry finish. 2025-2035–JB
