This mixed case from Château Canet in AOP. Minervois features two bold 2023 reds: La Chapelle and Les Evangiles. Both wines are rich, full-bodied, and driven by ripe fruit and pronounced oak, offering flavours like raspberry jam, blackberry,milk chocolate, vanilla, and spice. The La Chapelle shows a robust tannic structure with notes of redcurrant, mulberry, and black pepper, pairing well with duck confit, while Les Evangiles leans into a deep purple profile with coconut-scented oak, juicy acidity, and bramble fruit.
