Medium lemon hue. Discreet, though aromatic, nose, offering green apple, honeysuckle, gooseberry, banana, candle wax, cinnamon, and pastry dough. The exceptional palate is layered with waxy notes of red apple, passion fruit, persimmon, custard apple, baking spice, and vanilla, while the firm acidity and warming alcohol work together to drive a lingering finish.
