Deep garnet hue. Good red Bordeaux has a well-deserved reputation for improving with age, and the few years this has spent in bottle have enhanced the flavours, adding mocha notes to the primary dark fruit aromas. Based on the Merlot grape, the wine offers excellent depth of fruit, supported by the firm tannins and structure so characteristic of the wines of Fronsac. 2027-2028 – RB
