The old vine “Camponi” cuvée is made from a prized, 50-year-old Sangiovese vineyard blended with small additions of the local grapes Malvasia Nera, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. The 2018 vintage is vibrant and juicy with perfumed dark fruit and floral nuances on the nose. The palate is both savoury and vibrantly fruity with well-formed tannins and subtle oak spice.
