It might surprise you to learn that the Preziano IGP Toscana is made from Sangiovese! By pressing the black grapes before fermentation, only the colourless grape juice remains, allowing for a white interpretation of this classic red-wine grape. This is a good choice for pre-dinner sipping. It is crisp and juicy, with a light, smooth structure. Delicate aromas of elderflower, citrus, and yellow apple repeat on the palate.
