Night-harvested to retain freshness. The wine shows a water-white platinum appearance and medium-plus intensity nose with notes of lemon pith, white currant, white gooseberry and under-ripe kiwi. The palate is dry and offers a medium acidity, a medium extract, a medium texture, a medium body and nice presence and flavours that mirror the nose – lemon pith, white currant, white gooseberry and kiwi – with a medium finish.
