A light-yellow color in the glass. The nose offers medium-intensity, mature aromas of caramel, lemon preserve, toast, butter and yellow flowers (mimosa?). With a medium acidity, it is extra dry and has a lazy mousse with a slight edge, a medium extract, a soft texture and a medium body. It is quite long on the palate with persistent and nice creamy, butter, toast, caramel, lemon preserve and chalky flavours onto a long finish. 2024-2026–IR
