Chardonnay

An unoaked Chardonnay with mellow fruit aromas, lemon, verbena and delicate white blossom. Grapes were picked by machine from 2 o’clock in the morning while cool. The juice was fermented at low temperature, producing a smooth and elegant wine. A hint of rose petal and a slight bitter pith finish give this wine some depth.
