A classic Muscadet with its appley, citrus, mineral aromas and hints of yeast. The palate is initially quite brisk and taut, softening towards the finish. The sur Lie designation refers to Muscadet wines that age on their fine lees (yeast cells breaking down after fermentation). This technique gives a subtle creaminess to the mid palate. 2025-2026–JB
