Yep, a white Beaujolais. A pale platinum-yellow pour. On the nose are medium-intensity elements of dried yellow-plum preserve, plum vinegar, tobacco, pear drop and poached pear, custard and golden raisins. It is dry, has a medium-minus acidity, a medium-plus extract, a medium texture, a medium-plus body and lovely length and flavours of dried yellow plum, golden raisins, custard, poached lemon and yellow pear followed by a medium finish. 2025-2026–IR
