The 2023 Fontnobles Gigondas boasts a fragrant, floral nose brimming with ripe dark fruit and spice. Deep purple in colour with fresh acidity and a firm structure, this is a very youthful wine that needs a little time to unwind. Despite this, the palate is already showing fine depth and complexity of flavour with bold, yet fine-grained tannins and a long herbal, dark chocolate and lively fruited finish. 2027-2040–JB
