From 20- to 30-year-old vines, half Grenache with Syrah and Carignan. It has a deep purple opaque appearance and medium-plus intensity, lifted aromas of crushed carnations/marigolds, prune, walnut essence and licorice/chicory root elements. With a medium acidity on the palate, it is dry and shows a medium-plus extract, medium fine squeaky-textured tannins, medium-plus body and length, and an attractive fruit intensity of prune spread, marigold, walnut essence, chicory root flavors and medium-plus, warm finish. 2024-2028–IR
