Thomas Broyer runs his 9.5-hectare family estate, which has vineyards in five Appellations. Thomas has just over a hectare of old vines planted over 90 years ago in Chénas. The soil is essentially granitic at the top of the slope, becoming stonier with clay and sand lower down. Red fruits combine with herbs and grassy aromas with redcurrant characters on the palate.
