Domaine Sorin Cocquard’s Bourgogne has less distinctive Pinot character than Domaine Désertaux-Ferrand’s Bourgogne, yet it has lots of appealing fruit with cooked cherry aromas. It is soft and medium bodied with a crystalline acidity giving length. Fermented in old concrete tanks, 20% of the final blend was aged in oak barrels.
